how to enable god mode in windows 7

The trick begins here:
1.Create a new folder and name it anything.
2.Now, rename the folder by pressing F2 or Right-click>>Rename and give it this new name: Settings.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}3.After renaming the folder, its icon will be changed. Double click the folder to open it.
Now, you will see a screen like above. Here, you can change all the settings of your Windows 7 OS.
